On February 10, 2022, CSU System Chancellor Tony Frank was invited to speak about “Campus Freedom of Speech and Expression” to the Boyer 2030 Commission. The Boyer 2030 Commission is charged with designing a 2030 Blueprint for Excellence & Equity in Undergraduate Education at U.S. research universities. (It is a follow-up to the landmark 1998 report issued by the Boyer Commission on Educating Undergraduates in the Research University.)
