Board Policy
The Board annually reviews and approves student fee plans developed by the campuses, assuring appropriate student consultation, and reports the plans to the CCHE.
Procedures
- Each campus that has student fees prepares annually an Institutional Plan for Student Fees consistent with statute and CCHE policies for review and recommendation by the Audit and Finance Committee for approval by the Board.
- Campus Fee Plans must comply with CCHE Policies concerning student fees.
- Campus Fee Plans must describe the procedures to ensure student involvement in the assessment of the fees (campus websites, catalogs, course schedules, etc.).
- The Chancellor reports the approved fee plans to the CCHE annually in July.
