Board Policy
The Board adopts and incorporates by the reference herein the CSUS Municipal Securities Disclosure Policy linked hereto as Exhibit A.
Procedures
The CSUS CFO, in conjunction with the campuses, shall implement the procedures necessary to comply with this policy. The Chancellor is authorized to make any administrative or ministerial changes to this policy as may be required from time to time. Any major or substantive changes to this policy shall be presented to the Board for review and approval.
