Board Policy
All meetings of the Board of Governors and its committees shall comply with the requirements of the Colorado Open Meetings laws (CRS 24-6-101 et seq.) as may be amended.
Procedures
- The CSUS General Counsel shall be consulted regarding all open meetings law requirements.
- The CSUS General Counsel periodically reviews and updates this policy as may be required by law.
